# uWORK

## uWork — Overview

**uWork is CereBree’s AI-powered career intelligence platform**, designed to help people discover opportunities, understand their capabilities and navigate their professional journey with greater clarity. We connect career profiles, skills, experience, opportunities and learning into a more contextual view of work. Instead of treating a CV or job description as a static document, uWork is designed to understand the relationship between a person and the opportunities around them. It sits within CereBree’s **People** domain and supports career intelligence, talent, learning and recruitment experiences. 

Our goal with uWork is to make career decisions more intelligent and personal. We want people to understand not only **what opportunities are available**, but which opportunities are relevant to them, where their skills can take them next and what they can do to grow. For organizations, uWork creates a way to connect talent with opportunities more effectively, supporting recruitment, employee development and internal mobility. The platform is powered by CereBree’s broader intelligence approach, where context and relationships matter more than isolated data points.
