# Use Cases for HRX

## HRX - Use Cases

#### 1. Connecting Customer, Service and Workforce Operations

We use HRX to bring three traditionally disconnected enterprise functions — customer relationship management, IT/service management and workforce management — into one intelligent operating environment. Our goal is not simply to replace multiple systems with a single interface, but to connect the relationships between customers, employees, services, assets and business processes. By creating a shared context across CRM, uSMS and CereWork, we enable organizations to understand how a customer issue, a service dependency and the workforce responsible for resolving it are connected. This allows enterprises to move from fragmented operational reporting toward coordinated decision-making.

#### 2. Sales and Customer Relationship Intelligence

We use HRX to give sales and customer-facing teams a complete view of every relationship rather than forcing them to work across disconnected records. Our CRM capability brings together leads, opportunities, interactions, support activity, NPS, sentiment and account information into a 360° customer profile. AI-powered forecasting can help teams understand pipeline movement, while sentiment analysis can identify changes in customer emotion and account health. Our AI Sales Copilot can support sales teams with recommended next steps, communication assistance and objection handling, helping teams spend less time searching for information and more time acting on customer needs.

#### 3. Proactive Account and Churn Management

We can use relationship intelligence to identify accounts that may require attention before a problem becomes a commercial escalation. HRX combines engagement, usage and sentiment signals into an account health view, allowing teams to recognize changes in customer relationships earlier. Instead of waiting for a customer to formally complain or a renewal to become at risk, organizations can use these signals to prioritize conversations, investigate underlying issues and coordinate the right internal teams. Our broader objective is to turn customer intelligence from a historical reporting mechanism into a proactive decision-support layer.

#### 4. Intelligent IT Service Management

We use uSMS within HRX to manage the complete journey from incident identification to resolution. AI can classify, prioritize and route tickets, while service teams can manage changes, releases, assets, configuration relationships and service-level commitments through the same environment. This creates a more connected service operation where an incident is not treated as an isolated ticket, but understood in relation to the affected service, infrastructure, assets and users. Our aim is to reduce manual coordination, accelerate resolution and create a service environment that learns from recurring patterns.

#### 5. Predictive Incident and Problem Management

We can move service management beyond reactive ticket handling by identifying patterns across incidents and service relationships. HRX's Problem Root Cause AI is designed to recognize recurring patterns and suggest potential permanent fixes, while the CMDB and asset registry provide relationship information about the IT environment. This allows organizations to investigate not only **what failed**, but also **what the failure is connected to**, whether similar incidents have occurred previously and where intervention can prevent recurrence. Our long-term objective is to make service management increasingly predictive rather than purely reactive.

#### 6. Employee Lifecycle Management

We use CereWork to connect the employee journey from hiring through onboarding, development, performance, leadership and eventually alumni relationships. Rather than treating HR as a collection of administrative transactions, we aim to make employee information actionable throughout the lifecycle. Smart onboarding can automatically coordinate training, tools and introductions, while performance and OKR capabilities can support continuous feedback and development. Learning recommendations can then connect an employee's current career stage with relevant development opportunities.

#### 7. Workforce Planning and Employee Intelligence

We can use HRX to help organizations understand workforce capacity, performance and potential risks. CereWork includes HR analytics and workforce-planning capabilities designed to support areas such as predictive attrition, workforce insights and employee development. This gives leadership a broader perspective than traditional HR reporting because workforce information can be understood alongside customer and service information. For example, organizations can begin asking whether service performance is affected by capacity, whether critical customer relationships depend on specific skills, or whether workforce changes may create operational risk.

#### 8. Cross-Domain Enterprise Intelligence

One of our most important HRX use cases is the connection between domains. CRM, uSMS and CereWork are not intended to operate as three isolated applications. They share a common intelligent core through SeOS, allowing customer, employee and asset information to contribute to a common context. A service incident can therefore become relevant to a customer account; a customer escalation can expose a capacity issue; and workforce information can help explain operational performance. We call this cross-domain intelligence because the value comes from understanding the relationship between events rather than analysing each system independently.

#### 9. Executive Decision Support

We use HRX to give leadership a more connected operational picture. Instead of requiring executives to move between CRM reports, ITSM dashboards and HR systems, our unified reporting layer is designed to bring pipeline, service-level and workforce information into a shared view. This allows leadership to investigate questions around revenue risk, operational performance, customer health, workforce capacity and service dependencies from a common context. Our goal is to help executives move from reviewing disconnected metrics to understanding the relationships behind those metrics.
