# HRX

We built HRX as an **AI-first enterprise operating platform** that brings Customer Relationship Management, IT Service Management and Human Capital Management into one connected technology environment. Rather than allowing CRM, ITSM and HR systems to operate as independent applications, HRX connects them through our **Service Operating System (SeOS)**. SeOS acts as the underlying connective layer between customers, employees, services, assets and business processes, allowing information and intelligence to move across domains while maintaining a shared business context. is the enterprise product that brings SeOS to market.

It is not a dashboard added on top of existing tools. It is a service operating system that unifies three enterprise domains under one intelligent core.

HRX follows a three-stage maturity model managed by CereForge:

Minimal: baseline operations, fragmented tools, reactive posture. This is the mandatory entry point, assessed rather than assumed.

Smart: integrated workflows, visible capacity, proactive management. The organisation is expected to demonstrate Smart-level capability before platform activation.

Mature: cross-domain intelligence, predictive capability, strategic alignment, guided by CereForge post-go-live.

HRX is offered on an adoption and implementation model rather than a per-seat subscription, with no recurring license fee under that model. The pricing approach is built around people, not seats.
