# Education

The Education layer within PeopleTech provides adaptive learning intelligence for individuals. It connects what you are learning with what the market needs and what your career trajectory requires.

Traditional education platforms deliver content. They do not adapt based on your career goals, your existing skill profile, or the changing demands of the job market. You complete a course, receive a certificate, and that credential sits in isolation with no connection to what comes next.

PeopleTech's Education layer changes this. Learning pathways are informed by real-time career intelligence from the Career layer. Skill gaps identified through career matching feed directly into personalised learning recommendations. Completed competencies are issued as verifiable credentials (VCs) that port across platforms and institutions without re-verification.

Through the blockchain layer, learning credentials, grades, certifications, and achievements are issued as VCs with selective disclosure. What content was served, which model versions were used, and how assessments were scored is logged for transparency.
