The Career layer within PeopleTech provides career intelligence for individuals. It connects job market data, skill profiles, and learning progress into a unified career navigation system.

Career platforms today operate in isolation. Job boards show openings but do not know your actual skills. Professional networks track connections but not competencies. None of them connect to what you are learning or how your skills are developing over time.

PeopleTech's Career layer builds a living career profile. It combines verified skills from the Education layer, work history, and market demand signals to provide personalised career guidance. Matching is based on demonstrated competencies, not self-reported keywords.

Through the blockchain layer, employment history and skill attestations are issued as verifiable credentials. Matchmaking and hiring workflows can be tracked with immutable logs covering offer letters, acceptance, onboarding steps, and milestone verification.

TimesJobs has ingested 300,000 jobs in Phase 1, with Phase 2 targeting 3M+ jobs in 2026, feeding directly into PeopleTech's career intelligence.
