# Overview

PeopleTech AI is CereBree's individual vertical. It is a B2C platform designed to give people a single place to manage their education, career, and health, without an enterprise buyer in the middle and without an employer gating access. The individual is the user, and PeopleTech is built around individual control over personal data.

Today, people often manage their lives across a range of disconnected apps: one for professional networking, another for learning, separate apps for health tracking, and a job board for openings. These systems typically do not share context with each other. An education platform may not reflect what the job market needs, a career tool may not reflect what someone has actually learned, and a health app may lack context for personalised guidance.

PeopleTech AI is designed to change this, and in many cases, it does not start from zero.

When an individual already interacts with CereBree through another vertical, and has consented to that data being used across verticals, PeopleTech can draw on that context from day one. A patient using CereAura or CereOnco may already have a longitudinal health profile in HealOpera. An employee at an organisation running HRX may already have skills, performance, and career history recorded in the system. Where individuals have given informed, freely given consent for that data to carry over, entering PeopleTech does not require starting fresh.

Even for individuals entering PeopleTech as their first touchpoint, the platform is designed to benefit from ecosystem-level intelligence. Career recommendations can draw from job market data. Learning pathways can reflect employer demand signals from HRX. Health guidance can be informed by patterns observed in HealOpera. The individual may be new to the platform, even where the underlying intelligence is not.

Cognie, CereBree's conversational AI, is the primary interaction layer across PeopleTech. Where the individual has granted access, it can draw on their longitudinal profile to provide guidance, recommendations, and suggested actions across education, career, and health within a single conversation. Users are informed they are interacting with an AI system, and Cognie's guidance is intended to support, not replace, the advice of qualified professionals, particularly for health-related matters.

PeopleTech is intended as the ecosystem's front door, where individuals enter, personal context can accumulate over time with their consent, and cross-vertical intelligence becomes possible. Where individuals opt in, their anonymised data may help enrich the intelligence available to HealthTech and DeepTech.

Individuals retain rights over their personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including access, correction, and deletion. CereBree does not sell personal data. The platform's value is intended to come from its intelligence layer, not from data extraction.
