# Overview

HealthTech AI is CereBree's clinical vertical. It is designed to serve hospitals, clinicians, researchers, diagnostics providers, and insurers who operate across disconnected health systems and need a coordinated, trusted data layer to support care coordination.

The core product is HealOpera, a clinical intelligence platform that uses blockchain for data provenance, with specialised suites for oncology (CereOnco), autism (CereAura), neurology (CereNeuro), and diabetes (CereDiab).

Fragmented health records, duplicated testing, and uncoordinated care are widely documented sources of cost and inefficiency across healthcare systems globally. Patient data often sits in disconnected systems across hospitals, clinics, and imaging labs. A treating physician may not have visibility into what was prescribed at another facility, and researchers studying longitudinal outcomes often face lengthy data-access negotiations across hospital networks.

This is not only a technology problem but also one of architecture and trust. Health data is sensitive special category data. Sharing it requires explicit consent, auditability, and strong data integrity controls, which traditional cloud databases do not provide natively.

HealOpera is built to help address this through the Oracle Blockchain Platform. Health records are stored in offchain vaults for privacy, with on-chain proofs supporting verification, provenance, and access logging. Smart contracts are used to manage consent-based permissions with defined scope, purpose, expiry, and revocation, so that data sharing is intended to be traceable and auditable.

The goal is a clinical intelligence layer where data can flow between institutions with the patient's consent, without compromising privacy or data integrity.
