# Overview

HealthTech AI is CereBree's clinical vertical. It serves hospitals, clinicians, researchers, diagnostics providers, and insurers who operate across disconnected health systems and need a unified, trusted data layer to coordinate care.

The core product is HealOpera, a blockchain-powered clinical intelligence platform with specialised suites for oncology (CereOnco), autism (CereAura), neurology (CereNeuro), and diabetes (CereDiab).

Healthcare loses trillions globally to duplicated tests, uncoordinated care, and fragmented records. The US alone accounts for $935B in annual waste. Patient data sits in disconnected systems across hospitals, clinics, and imaging labs. A treating physician cannot see what was prescribed at another facility last month. A researcher studying diabetes outcomes cannot access longitudinal data across hospital networks without months of negotiation.

This is not a technology problem. It is an architecture and trust problem. Health data is sensitive. Sharing it requires consent, auditability, and tamper-proof integrity. Traditional cloud databases do not offer this natively.

HealOpera solves this through Oracle Blockchain Platform. Health records are stored in offchain vaults for privacy. On-chain proofs provide verification, provenance, and access logs. Smart contracts automate consent-based permissions with defined scope, purpose, expiry, and revocation. Every interaction is auditable.

The result is a clinical intelligence layer where data can flow between institutions without compromising privacy or trust.
