# CereDiab

CereDiab is HealOpera's diabetes management suite. It provides AI-assisted intelligence for monitoring, treatment optimisation, and long-term outcome tracking across Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.

Diabetes is a chronic condition that touches nearly every part of a patient's life: diet, exercise, medication, mental health, comorbidities. It requires continuous monitoring and frequent adjustment. Yet most diabetes management today is episodic. A patient visits their endocrinologist every few months, gets lab work, adjusts their insulin, and fills the gaps with consumer-grade apps that do not connect to their clinical record.

CereDiab bridges this gap. It connects continuous monitoring data (glucose, activity, dietary patterns) with clinical records, lab results, and treatment protocols in a single longitudinal profile.

Core capabilities include real-time glucose and metabolic tracking, treatment response analysis, complication risk modelling, lifestyle factor correlation, and care team coordination across primary care and specialist providers.

CereDiab integrates with HealOpera's blockchain layer for data integrity, consent management, and cross-institutional data sharing. Patients retain sovereignty over their data. Clinicians access what they need through consent-governed smart contracts.
