# HealOpera

HealOpera is the operating system for CereBree's HealthTech vertical. It sits underneath the four specialised suites (CereOnco, CereAura, CereNeuro, CereDiab) and provides the shared clinical data layer, blockchain infrastructure, and workflow engine that connects them.

HealOpera is not an electronic health record system. It is a coordination layer that connects existing systems, stakeholders, and data sources through a trusted, blockchain-backed architecture.

The platform connects six stakeholder groups: patients, clinicians, researchers, hospitals, diagnostics providers, and insurers. Each interacts with HealOpera through their own interface, but all share a common data layer governed by consent.

* Decentralised Identity (DIDs) and Verifiable Credentials (VCs) create a single verifiable identity layer for patients and clinicians across hospitals, reducing fraud and onboarding friction.
* Smart contracts for access control automate consent-based permissions and auditability so data can be shared safely across multiple parties. Every consent has a defined scope, purpose, expiry, and revocation path.
* Immutable data prevents tampering and proves the integrity of records, assessments, and AI outputs for compliance and reliable research.
* Offchain data vaults with on-chain proofs keep sensitive information private while enabling tamper-proof verification and sharing across institutions.
* The workflow ledger logs all orders, approvals, handoffs, board decisions, and clinical events immutably.
* For clinical trials and research, HealOpera supports eligibility proofs through selective disclosure, consent tracking, and chain-of-custody records.
