Hospitals, clinicians, patients, therapists and caregivers generate enormous amounts of information, but that information is often distributed across departments, systems and stages of care. Our Health technology is designed to bring people, clinical information and operational context together so that decisions can be made with a more complete picture. Across our healthcare products, we focus on connecting the people and workflows that matter while keeping human oversight, privacy and governance at the centre. #### HealOpera — Healthcare Operations **HealOpera** is the foundation of our healthcare technology ecosystem. We built it as a connected hospital operating and decision layer that brings **care, operations and workflow** together. Instead of treating admission, triage, orders, beds, medication, billing and discharge as separate processes, HealOpera connects them into one readable patient and operational journey. It gives hospitals role-aware workspaces for administrators, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory teams, researchers, caregivers and patients, allowing every stakeholder to work within the context relevant to them while remaining connected to the wider organization. Our technology is designed to help hospitals move from reactive management toward proactive operational intelligence. HealOpera can surface potential bottlenecks such as laboratory SLA risk, bed pressure, pharmacy holds and payer-clearance issues, allowing teams to identify dependencies before they become larger operational problems. We also build auditability into the workflow, keeping ownership, timestamps and clinical context visible for governance and handoff accountability. Our broader vision is to connect patients, clinicians and hospital operations into a single healthcare decision layer. LINK - #### CereAura — Developmental & Autism Intelligence **CereAura** extends our Health ecosystem into developmental and neurodivergent care. At its centre is **Cognie**, which helps parents, therapists and educators understand patterns across behaviour, therapy and development. We designed CereAura around the reality that a child's development does not happen only inside a therapy room. Important observations happen at home, at school and in everyday life, and those observations can provide valuable context to the professionals supporting the child. CereAura brings these perspectives together through structured developmental screening, therapy workflows, progress tracking and AI-powered insights. Parents can record everyday observations, therapists can capture structured session information, and the system can identify patterns across days and weeks. Our aim is not to replace clinicians or therapists. It is to give the entire care team a more complete picture so that they can collaborate better and recognize meaningful developmental patterns earlier. LINK- #### CereOnco — Coming Soon **CereOnco** is our emerging oncology-focused healthcare platform and will extend our Health ecosystem into AI-supported cancer care. We are developing it around **early detection, clinical intelligence, psycho-oncology and patient support**, bringing clinicians, researchers, patients, survivors and caregivers into a more connected cancer-care experience. Its planned technology includes AI-assisted medical imaging, intelligent reporting, EHR connectivity, analytics and multilingual patient guidance. CereOnco is **coming soon**, so we would keep its presence on the Health Overview intentionally brief at this stage. The deeper product, technology, use-case and roadmap documentation can sit under its own section once the product is formally ready for broader release. LINK -
