# Overview

DeepTech AI is CereBree's enterprise vertical. It serves organisations that run customer-facing operations, IT services, and people operations across disconnected platforms and want to unify them under one intelligent system.

The core product is HRX (Human Relationship Exchange), built on the SeOS (Service Operating System) architecture. SeOS unifies three enterprise service domains into a single platform: CRM (customer-facing services), USMS (IT Service Management), and HR Services (workforce operations).

Most enterprises today run one software for sales, one for IT, and one for HR. Three vendors. Three data models. Three support contracts. Zero shared intelligence between them.&#x20;

Result? A customer escalation in the service desk cannot inform the sales pipeline. A spike in IT incidents cannot flag a capacity problem in HR. The data exists, but the systems were never built to share it.

HRX replaces that stack with one platform, one data model, and one intelligence layer. Signals from one domain surface insights in another. That is cross-domain intelligence, and it is the architectural advantage that no combination of point solutions can replicate.

HRX is market-ready. It runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (or the client's preferred provider) with compartment-based tenant isolation, enterprise-grade security, and 99.99% SLA.
