# HR Services

HRX-SeOS / HR Services is the workforce operations layer within HRX. It covers the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, and offboarding.

Like Work-CRM and uSMS, HR Services runs on the shared SeOS data model. This means workforce signals are not trapped in an HR silo. An employee's declining performance trajectory can inform the hiring model. A pattern of attrition in a specific department can surface as an operational risk in USMS. A high-performing team's structure can be identified and replicated across the organisation.

HR Services is not a standalone HRIS competing with Workday or BambooHR. It is the people operations layer of an integrated enterprise system where workforce data contributes to, and benefits from, intelligence generated across CRM and IT operations.

Core capabilities include employee lifecycle management, performance tracking and review cycles, learning and development pathways, workforce capacity planning, predictive attrition modelling, and onboarding automation.

The goal is not to digitise HR workflows. It is to make workforce intelligence a first-class input into enterprise decision-making, alongside customer and service data.
