# HRX

HRX is the enterprise product that brings SeOS to market. It is not a dashboard added on top of existing tools. It is a service operating system that unifies three enterprise domains under one intelligent core.

The three domains share a single semantic data model. Every interaction, whether it originates in CRM, ITSM, or HR Services, feeds the same intelligence layer. This is designed to enable cross-domain pattern recognition, where a trend visible in one domain can help trigger a proactive response in another.

HRX follows a three-stage maturity model managed by CereForge:

Minimal: baseline operations, fragmented tools, reactive posture. This is the mandatory entry point, assessed rather than assumed.

Smart: integrated workflows, visible capacity, proactive management. The organisation is expected to demonstrate Smart-level capability before platform activation.

Mature: cross-domain intelligence, predictive capability, strategic alignment, guided by CereForge post-go-live.

HRX is offered on an adoption and implementation model rather than a per-seat subscription, with no recurring license fee under that model. The pricing approach is built around people, not seats.
