## 4. Token Utilities

### Access & Platform Tiering

$CRX provides access and tiering across CereBree products.

### Fee Settlement

CereBree platforms, including **HRX, HealOpera, CereOnco, CereAura, CereNeuro, CereDiab, and Vertex**, accept $CRX for platform fees.

### Fee Discounts

Users who settle platform fees using $CRX receive a discount versus fiat or stablecoin payment, capped at **10%**.

### Reward Earning

$CRX can be earned through referrals, content contributions, bug bounties, and early-adoption programs.

### TaaS Reserve (Token-as-a-Service)

**Allocation:** 2.5% of total supply (**25,000,000 CRX**)

CereBree's enterprise products, including **HRX, HealOpera, uWork, and future platforms**, are offered to institutional and B2B customers under a **Token-as-a-Service (TaaS)** model.

Under this model, $CRX may be used to access, receive discounts on, or facilitate enterprise-tier platform services.

The **TaaS Reserve** is allocated specifically to support the Token-as-a-Service model and verified enterprise onboarding and adoption activities, including:

* **Onboarding incentives** for new enterprise clients adopting $CRX as a payment or access method
* **Early-access programs** for institutional partners integrating CereBree platforms
* **Pilot programs** with strategic B2B partners, including healthcare networks and enterprise workflow clients

The TaaS Reserve is **not distributed to the general public**, does **not represent an investment or guaranteed return**, and is used solely in connection with verified enterprise onboarding, integration, pilot programs, and adoption activities.

### Deflationary Mechanism

CereBree uses a **buyback and burn** model designed to reduce the circulating supply of $CRX over time as the ecosystem generates revenue.

The allocation structure includes **150,000,000 CRX (15% of total supply)** designated for the burn allocation, with a **0% TGE unlock** and a **linear 60-month schedule**.
