# Legal

$CRX is a utility and governance token. It is not a security. No ownership, equity, or governance rights over CereBree as a corporate entity are issued to token holders.

CereBree operates in compliance with applicable regulations across its operating jurisdictions. Data handling follows GDPR, HIPAA, and local data residency requirements. Health data is governed by Oracle Blockchain Platform with offchain vaults and consent-based smart contracts.
