# Ecosystem

CereBree operates across three verticals, all sharing a common infrastructure underneath:

It connects patients, clinicians, researchers, and hospitals through longitudinal health data, shared only with the patient's consent. It is built on Oracle Blockchain Platform.

Individual intelligence runs through a unified B2C platform spanning Education, Career, and Healthcare. This is the ecosystem's front door, where individuals enter, where context accumulates, and where the flywheel begins.

#### **The CereBree Flywheel**

Health affects work. Career shapes access to education. Education shapes health literacy. Few platforms connect these today.

Individuals join through PeopleTech. With their consent, their engagement can generate anonymised intelligence that enriches HealthTech and DeepTech. Enterprises on HRX generate talent data that sharpens PeopleTech's career intelligence. Hospitals on HealOpera generate health patterns that can improve PeopleTech's personal guidance, again only where patients have consented to that use.

Each vertical is designed to feed the others. The intent is that more users make the platforms smarter, and smarter platforms attract more users.

#### **Shared infrastructure**

All three verticals run on a common foundation: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (or the client's preferred cloud provider), a unified semantic data model, an embedded AI/ML layer, and Cognie across every platform. HealthTech adds Oracle Blockchain Platform to support data provenance and audit trails.

Cloud adapters are certified platform services within the SeOS layer, not rebuilt per application team, so every platform runs on the same underlying model.

#### **Data protection**

CereBree operates across enterprise data, health records, and personal development history, so data protection is treated as foundational rather than optional.

Health data is stored in offchain vaults with Oracle Blockchain Platform supporting provenance, permissions, and audit trails. Enterprise data runs on OCI infrastructure designed to support SOC 2 Type II requirements. PeopleTech data belongs to the individual. Cross-domain intelligence flows only with explicit consent, and only anonymised, aggregated intelligence moves between verticals; raw personal or health records do not.

CereBree's infrastructure is designed to support regional compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and local data residency rules.
