CereBree operates across three verticals, all sharing a common infrastructure underneath:

Individuals join through PeopleTech. Their engagement generates anonymised, consented intelligence that enriches HealthTech and DeepTech. Enterprises on HRX generate talent data that sharpens PeopleTech's career intelligence. Hospitals on HealOpera generate health patterns that improve PeopleTech's personal guidance.

Each vertical feeds the others. More users make the platforms smarter. Smarter platforms attract more users. The flywheel compounds.

#### **Shared infrastructure**

All three verticals run on a common foundation: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (or the client's preferred cloud provider), a unified semantic data model, an embedded AI/ML layer, and Cognie across every platform. HealthTech adds Oracle Blockchain Platform for data provenance and tamper-proof audit trails.

Cloud adapters are certified platform services within the SeOS layer, not rebuilt per application team. Every platform speaks the same language underneath.

#### **Data protection**

CereBree operates across enterprise data, health records, and personal development history. Trust is foundational.

Health data sits on Oracle Blockchain Platform with offchain vaults. Enterprise data runs on OCI with SOC 2 Type II compliance. PeopleTech data belongs to the individual. Cross-domain intelligence flows only with explicit consent. Raw data never crosses boundaries, only anonymised, aggregated intelligence does.

Regional compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, local data residency) is built in at the infrastructure level.
